Authorship disputes
If you were listed on a paper that isn’t yours, remove yourself from it in your inbox; that submitter then can’t link you to any paper again. If you are an author but not listed, use “Claim authorship” on the paper’s page; the submitter approves or declines it. Contact us if the submitter doesn’t respond, or you disagree with their decision.
Problems with a paper
Report copyright or license concerns, plagiarism, misconduct, incorrect metadata, or harmful content. Say how you are related to the paper, for example as an author or rights holder. Each paper page has a “Report a problem” link.
Accounts, verification, and badges
Contact us about sign-in problems, an institutional email that isn’t recognized, a verification held by another account, or a badge or reading suggestion you think is wrong. Badge definitions are on the About page.
